Meet Chef Jose

Hi, I'm Jose and I'm extremely passionate about cooking. I genuinely love what I do.

Back when I lived in Haiti, I owned my own restaurant. Now that I'm living in Toronto, Canada, I'd like to share my authentic Haitian dishes with the GTA.

I love eating different types of food from other cultures and really enjoy a lot of them. I could be a little bias here, but my absolute favorite is Haitian food!

Haitian food is one of the world's best cuisines! I opened Josie's Creole Pot to help people in the GTA experience a taste of Haiti at it's finest.
